    Vitamin C liposomes are complexes with vitamin C at the core and sunflower lecithin wrapped around the outside. Liposomes are vesicular structures made up of phospholipid bilayers, which are usually in the nanometer to micrometer size range. This structure acts as a tiny "package" that encases the vitamin C inside.
    Vitamin C liposomes are significantly more stable. Due to the encapsulation of liposomes, vitamin C is isolated from external factors such as light and oxygen, and the phospholipid bilayer can effectively prevent vitamin C from being oxidized, thus prolonging its preservation time.
    It has unique absorption advantages. The size of liposomes is suitable for penetrating biological membranes, which can protect vitamin C from being damaged by the gastrointestinal environment when taken orally, and can promote its absorption in the intestine.
    When used topically on the skin, liposomes can more easily penetrate the stratum corneum of the skin and deliver the encapsulated vitamin C to the deeper layers of the skin, increasing the bioavailability of vitamin C and allowing skin cells to better take up and utilize vitamin C.
