Function
1. Anti-cancer and anti-tumor effects
Kaempferol can reduce the risk of cancer and inhibit hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and its receptor tyrosine protein kinase, which are related to the growth and metastasis of childhood medulloblastoma. 123
2. Anti-infection and anti-inflammatory effects
Kaempferol has inhibitory effects on a variety of bacteria, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Vibrio cholerae and Enterococcus faecalis. In terms of antiviral effects, kaempferol can show concentration-dependent inhibition at non-cytotoxic concentrations.
