Platycodon Root Extract
Platycodon, alias bellflower, bell flower, and monk's hat flower, is the only species in the genus Campanulaceae, which grows in China, the Korean peninsula, Japan and eastern Siberia. The roots can be used as medicine, and the young leaves can be pickled into pickles. In the Korean peninsula and the Yanbian region of China, bellflower is a well-known kimchi ingredient.
