Helicidum (Doufuguo Extract) : Its major function is that of a sedative known to calm the nerves. It is used to alleviate nervousness connected to stress allowing for better and deeper sleep. Used to alleviate sleeplessness, stress, pain and mild anxiety. Jujube is a mild sedative and according to traditional Chinese medicine improves flow of energy.
